R-454B REFRIGERANT

Name / Trade names: R-454B, often sold under the trade name Opteon™ XL41 (also known as Solstice 454B in some markets). AGATEX +3 Wikipedia +3 National Refrigerants Ltd +3 Purpose / Use: It’s designed as a replacement / successor to R-410A for new air conditioning and heat pump systems, particularly in ducted systems, mini-splits, chillers, etc., where direct expansion (DX) cycles are used. That’s about a 78% reduction in GWP.
