Data logging – Records evacuation data and allows you to save or export reports (such as PDF or Excel) from the app. This can be useful for documenting commercial HVAC work.

Automatic shutoff – You can program a target vacuum level (for example, 500 microns). When the pump reaches that level, it automatically stops the motor and closes its solenoid valve to help maintain the vacuum.

Leakage analysis – The pump analyzes how the vacuum changes and provides an indication of possible system leakage during evacuation.

One practical note: although the built-in micron sensor is convenient, many experienced HVAC technicians still recommend using a separate micron gauge mounted at the system, rather than relying only on the reading at the pump. That gives a more accurate picture of the vacuum in the equipment being evacuated, especially when checking for leaks or moisture.
